Keystone Solutions is seeking an Operations Officer for a client-site consultancy mission in Belgium. You will deliver KYC-related extensions, sanctions checks, and data quality management while coordinating with multiple CIB sites.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor or Master in a related field, and fluency in French and English (Dutch is a plus). The position offers 50% on-site and 50% homeworking, with MS Office proficiency and familiarity with IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Create extensions and KYC recertification for foreign bankers (Global Trade Solutions).
• Perform FiSaC checks for Lenders using Financials & Sanctions checklist.
• Daily SUN screening for sanctions and embargoes.
• Reconcile FATCA and AOEI for CIB clients.
• Manage Data Quality reports from central/local CIB tools (KYC DB).
• Provide KYC documentation on request and update Swift KYC Registry.
• Follow-up CAP status processes (RMA, NAP) and CAP updates with CIB Referentials.
• Validate Standard Settlement Instructions in Back Office tools (FXO/Calypso).

The Operations Officer role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, delivering expertise and value in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of extensions and KYC recertification for foreign bankers for Global Trade Solutions, including contacts with other CIB sites and tracking recertifications via a rolling calendar.
• FiSaC process for Lenders: control via Financials & Sanctions checklist.
• Daily SUN screening for Sanctions & Embargo’s.
• Reconciliation of FATCA and AOEI for CIB clients.
• Daily management of Data Quality reports from central and local CIB tools (KYC DB).
• Inbound KYC: providing KYC documentation for the client upon request from external parties and updating the Swift KYC Registry.
• Follow‑up of processes impacting CAP status: RMA, NAP, and termination processes, including instructions for CAP status updates to CIB Referentials.
• Validation of Standard Settlement Instructions in Back Office tools (FXO and Calypso).

Language Requirements:

• Dutch: is a plus
• French: Fluent

Education:

Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field.

Telework:
