Aubay Belgium is seeking a senior leader to shape the Benelux after-sales and customer-contact strategy, driving transformation and digital initiatives. You will steer product owners, agile squads and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver on strategic OKRs while aligning business and IT priorities.

The role demands extensive leadership experience across business, operations or transformation, with fluency in French, Dutch and English.

• 10+ years in business, operations, product or transformation leadership.
• Customer service, contact center or collections expertise.
• Agile leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Understanding of cloud, data, security and AI.
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
