Euroclear is seeking an IT Program Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives within Group Digital Capabilities (GDC). You will lead and align IT and business teams to meet scope, budget and timelines.

You will drive governance, risk and change control, mentor a team of project managers, and report to senior leadership and the Sponsorship Committee while ensuring Agile practices are followed and value is delivered across complex financial IT programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of IT Project Managers to support performance and delivery excellence.
• Oversee a portfolio of complex projects ensuring scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives are met.
• Maintain project plans and forecasts, monitoring and managing resources, costs, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead large-scale, highly complex activities across squads, IT, and business divisions to achieve strategic objectives.
• Report progress clearly and regularly to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
• Take proactive measures to ensure project compliance with internal policies and Agile delivery practices.
• Provide regular updates to management and the Sponsorship Committee.
• Drive risk, issue, and change control processes, ensuring smooth transition and timely resolution.

We’re seeking a motivated IT Program Manager who will oversee end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business goals.

• Lead and develop a team of IT Project Managers to support strong performance and delivery excellence.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships across all organisational levels.
• Oversee a portfolio of complex projects, ensuring scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives are met.
• Maintain project plans and forecasts, monitoring and managing resources, costs, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead large-scale, highly complex activities across squads, IT, and business divisions to achieve strategic objectives.

What you need to have to succeed in this role:

• Solid experience in software IT program management.
• Solid experience in cost management, risk assessment, and resource planning.
• Technical expertise and experience in the financial industry.
• Proven ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders, including IT, business, and operations teams.
• Ability to apply systems thinking to assess interdependencies across teams, processes, and deliverables to ensure cohesive and scalable execution.
• Ability to implement change, resolve issues, and oversee other project managers while demonstrating a servant‑leadership mindset.
• Effective negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
• A high degree of adaptability to navigate changing priorities and evolving business needs.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (pivot tables, SharePoint collaboration, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.

What makes you stand out:

• Experience working with outsourcing partners and offshoring teams.
• Knowledge of financial assets.
• Certification in PRINCE2, PMI, or similar project management frameworks.

Proficiency with tools such as Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Oracle Boards.
