Job summary

Unilin is seeking a Productivity AI Lead to own Claude Cowork and M365 Copilot programs end to end as the user base grows from 250 to 2,500+. You will guide stakeholders on effective use, manage adoption, and control usage and costs across the organization.

You will drive the AI roadmap, shape use cases across legal, procurement, compliance, HR, finance and operations, and oversee analytics, governance and vendor roadmaps. Strong GenAI skills and enterprise experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in IT or productivity platforms
• Experience guiding teams as teamlead or program leader
• Experience deploying GenAI assistants or M365 workloads at enterprise scale
• Managed adoption programs across several business functions
• Microsoft 365 or Anthropic administration experience preferred
• Strong GenAI fundamentals: context management, prompt engineering, model capabilities and limits
• Claude, Claude Cowork and M365 Copilot administration experience
• Experience in cost and license mechanics of AI tools and usage optimization
• Identity provisioning basics with Entra ID and SCIM
• Reporting in Power BI and Excel

Responsibilities

• Set the productivity AI roadmap for both assistant platforms
• Guide stakeholders on effective, safe use of productivity AI
• Identify and shape use cases across legal, procurement, compliance, HR, finance and operations
• Drive adoption through champions network, communications and enablement
• Manage usage and cost with FinOps: seat utilization and license planning
• Own usage analytics, adoption reporting and governance reviews
• Coordinate MCP connector and security alignment
• Manage vendor roadmaps
