Job summary

JINGDONG Logistics Belgium is seeking an experienced Production Operations Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, optimize workflows, and ensure high-quality output in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will collaborate with supply chain, warehousing, and quality teams, lead a production workforce, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements while upholding safety and compliance.

Fluency in English; Dutch or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in production operations, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and quality control.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
• Demonstrated leadership with supervision of teams.
• Proficiency in WMS, ERP, and production planning tools.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Overview

Oversee and optimize daily production operations within JINGDONG LOGISTICS (BELGIUM) to ensure efficient and high-quality output, meeting established targets and standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Warehouse Operations, ensuring adherence to operational plans, schedules, and quality control procedures.
• Monitor production performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Coordinate with various departments, including supply chain, warehousing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless production flow.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and relevant industry standards.
• Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime and disruptions.
• Prepare and analyze production reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
• Participate in the planning and execution of new production initiatives and process improvements.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods within the production area.

Job Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) in production operations, manufacturing, or logistics, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of production planning, inventory management, and quality control principles.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in supervising and motivating teams.
• Proficiency in relevant software and systems (e.g., WMS, ERP, production planning tools).
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a significant plus.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
