JINGDONG Logistics (JD Logistics) in Belgium is seeking a Delivery Station Team Lead to support daily operations and coordinate a team of associates, sorters, and drivers. You will allocate tasks, monitor progress, ensure timely dispatch, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in logistics or warehouse roles, are hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts, including weekends.
