Job summary

Televic is seeking a Product Manager to shape the development and market success of its mechatronics products and solutions. You will connect customers, sales, business development, marketing, product management and R&D to transform market insights into clear product priorities and compelling value propositions.

You will own the product roadmap, collaborate across functions, and help grow your commercial impact in an international technology environment. Travel 10–20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong academic background in business, economics, engineering, management or related field.
• Analytical skills paired with a commercial mindset to translate insights into actions.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, French or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer and market insights and translate them into product requirements and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales to convert market opportunities into tangible business results.

Are you commercially minded, curious about technology and eager to understand how products can create value for customers?

As our Product Manager, you will help shape the development and market success of our mechatronics products and solutions. You will connect customers, sales, business development, marketing, product management and R&D, turning market insights and customer needs into clear product priorities, compelling value propositions and effective go-to-market plans.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership within product management, while further expanding your knowledge of our products, markets and customers and growing your commercial impact in an international technology environment.

What will you be doing in this role?

You will support both product management and the commercial development of our mechatronics portfolio.

You will:

Gather customer and market insights and translate them into clear product requirements and business opportunities.

Work closely with the Sales team to translate market opportunities into tangible business results.

Support product roadmap and lifecycle management.

Analyse market and technology trends relevant to our products

Contribute to product positioning, pricing, value propositions and go-to-market strategies.

Take an active role in customer visits, trade fairs, events and technical workshops.

Contribute to developing a clear product narrative that strengthens product-market fit.

Build a strong understanding of our products, target markets, customer challenges and competitive landscape.

How you can add value to our team

You have a strong academic background in business, economics, engineering, management or another relevant field.

You combine strong analytical skillswitha commercial mindset and enjoy turning insights into concrete actions.

You have an affinityfor technology and are eager to understand our products, markets and customers. You don’t need to be a technical expert.

You are interested in product management, strategy, marketing and business development and want to grow your expertise in these areas.

You are a curious and fast learner who enjoys diving into new markets, customer needs and technologies.

You communicate confidently and can turn complex information into a clear and compelling story.

You are proactive, structured and comfortable taking ownership.

A first experience in consulting, product management, business development, marketing or another relevant business environment is a plus, but not a must.

You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch, French or German is a plus.

You are willing to travel internationally around 10–20% of your time, depending on customer visits, trade fairs and events.
