Our Client in Limburg, Belgium, seeks a Product Manager to translate customer needs and market insight into clear product requirements for engineering and cross-functional teams. You will bring structure to a cross-functional environment and shape how the product function develops as the business grows.

The role is on-site in Limburg (minimum four days per week) with relocation assistance available and there is a clear path toward more senior product leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management or related technical/commercial discipline.
• Alternatively, experience in Applications Engineering, Technical Sales, Product Marketing, Systems Engineering, R&D or Solution Engineering.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across functions.
• Experience translating customer and market requirements into product requirements.

Our Client

Our client is an established and well-regarded manufacturer in the professional AV sector, known for the quality and reliability of its products. As the business continues to develop, it is investing in a more structured approach to how it defines and shapes its products and is now looking for a Product Manager to lead that effort.

The successful candidate will translate customer needs, market insight and product vision into clear requirements that engineering can execute against, working closely with colleagues across sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing and finance. You will bring structure to a genuinely cross-functional environment, coordinating stakeholders with different priorities, and will have real scope to shape how the product function develops as the business grows. There is a clear path for the role to broaden into a more senior product leadership position over time.

The role is based on-site in the Limburg region of Belgium (minimum four days per week), with relocation assistance available.

• Experience translating customer and market requirements into product requirements.
