Televic Belgium is seeking an ambitious Procurement Manager to lead the procurement team, embedding procurement as a strategic partner for R&D and Product Management across Televic’s sites.

You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on problem solving, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure early involvement in new product launches in a fast-growing Belgium-based company.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree and relevant procurement exp in technology or industrial env.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; additional languages a plus.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and supplier management skills.
• Data-driven with ERP and Power BI familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Lead the procurement team and act as a strategic partner for BUs (R&D and Product Management).
• Develop and implement the procurement strategy across multiple Televic Business Units and production sites.
• Ensure procurement involvement during early phases of new product launches and design changes; review related processes with R&D and Product Management.
• Support search, selection, and management of supplier/subcontractor base; negotiate contracts and SLAs as needed.

Working as Procurement Manager

• Lead the procurement team and drive strong influence within Business Units (mainly R&D and Product Management), embedding procurement as a proactive and strategic partner;
• Combine strategic thinking and improvement projects with hands‑on problem‑solving to ensure business continuity.
• Develop and implement the procurement strategy across multiple Televic Business Units and production sites (Televic Conference, Healthcare, and Bulgaria);
• Ensure procurement involvement during the early phases of new product launches, specific procurement projects, and design changes, and review and adjust related processes in close collaboration with R&D and Product Management managers;
• Support the team in the search, selection, and management of the supplier and subcontractor base, and assist if necessary in negotiating contracts and SLAs according to the needs and goals of the Business Units, alongside the strategic and process operational responsibilities.

Professional skills we’re looking for

• You combine strong leadership, strategic thinking, and hands‑on procurement experience to drive impact across Business Units;
• You have proven skills in negotiation, supplier management, and process optimization, supporting both strategic initiatives and operational procurement activities;
• You are a result‑oriented team manager, able to lead a small team while influencing cross‑functional collaboration with R&D and Product Management;
• You hold a Master’s degree and have relevant procurement experience in a technology‑driven or industrial environment;
• You are data‑driven; experience with ERP systems and Power BI is a strong asset;
• You are fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of other languages (e.g., French, German) is a plus.
