Job summary

Televic-Rail in Belgium is seeking a Product Manager to shape the development and market success of our mechatronics products. You will connect customers, sales, marketing, and R&D to turn insights into clear product priorities and go-to-market plans.

You will own parts of the product management lifecycle, analyze market trends, contribute to positioning and pricing, and engage in customer visits, trade fairs and workshops to strengthen product-market fit.

Qualifications

• You have a strong academic background in business, economics, engineering, management or another relevant field.
• You combine analytical skills with a commercial mindset and enjoy turning insights into concrete actions.
• You have an affinity for technology and are eager to understand our products, markets and customers.
• You are curious and a fast learner who enjoys diving into new markets and technologies.
• You communicate confidently and can turn complex information into a clear and compelling story.

Responsibilities

• You will support both product management and the commercial development of our mechatronics portfolio.
• You will gather customer and market insights and translate them into clear product requirements and opportunities.
• You will work closely with the Sales team to translate market opportunities into tangible business results.
• You will support product roadmap and lifecycle management.
• You will analyse market and technology trends relevant to our products.
• You will contribute to product positioning, pricing, value propositions and go-to-market strategies.
• You will take an active role in customer visits, trade fairs, events and technical workshops.
• You will contribute to developing a clear product narrative that strengthens product-market fit.
• You will build a strong understanding of our products, target markets, customer challenges and competitive landscape.
