BAC in Brussels is seeking a hands-on Product Manager HR to own the end-to-end lifecycle of HR-related applications, primarily SAP SuccessFactors, Planpoint, Xaurum and payroll integrations.

You will work with two other ICT Product Managers HR to run operations and lead build/change initiatives, ensuring continuous improvements and strong stakeholder collaboration across HR, IT and external suppliers.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years ICT experience, ideally HR domain.
• Experience as SAP SuccessFactors implementation consultant.
• Experience with HR planning tools (Planpoint).
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (Xaurum).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience across the application lifecycle: requirements/functional analysis, configuration, testing and RUN/support.
• Min 5+ years ICT experience including HR/HRIS applications.
• Nice to have: SAP SuccessFactors modules like Compensation and Learning; Payroll integration (Attentia); IAM integration (Sailpoint).
• Competences: problem-solving, communication, initiative, lifecycle management, stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Operational RUN (≈20% of activities): manage day-to-day operations, incidents & problems, and the technical lifecycle of HR applications; improve support documentation; interact with 4th line support.
• BUILD & CHANGE (≈80% of activities): build business cases, gather requirements, perform functional analysis, configuration & testing, documentation & training; follow up with tool suppliers; coordinate small ICT projects.

The CFS Team is part of Generic ICT and is supporting following enabling business departments:

• - Strategy & PMO
• - Legal & Regulations

Currently, we are looking for a Product Manager HR who can support the People & Communication department with maintenance and ongoing projects.

The role of a Product Manager HR at BAC

The ICT Product Manager HR is end-to-end responsible for the product lifecycle (from the strategical change until the operational run) of the HR-related applications at BAC.

The main ICT landscape evolves around SAP Successfactors, but also contains amongst others:

• - HR Planning tool (Planpoint)
• - L&D tool (Xaurum)
• - Payroll integration (Attentia)
• - IAM integration (Sailpoint)
• - SAP EnableNow / WalkMe
• - Etc.

Together with 2 other ICT Product Managers HR, you will be responsible for:

• - Operational RUN (+/-20% of activities)
  • o Manage the day-to-day operations of your applications (monitoring, solving incidents & problems,
  • o Manage the technical lifecycle of your applications
  • o Implement continuous improvements
  • o Improve support documentation
  • o Interact with 4th line support parties of your applications
• - BUILD&CHANGE (+/-80% of activities)
  • o Build business cases
  • o Business requirement analysis and functional analysis, including validation with the business
  • o Configuration & Testing
  • o (Technical) Documentation & training
  • o Follow up and challenge the different tool suppliers
  • o Take up the role of ICT Project Coordinator for small changes / implementations

Qualifications / Skills

BAC is looking for a hands-on Product Manager for the HR Domain that combines following background & competences:

• - Overall ICT experience
  • o 5 to 8 years of experience within ICT, ideally within the HR domain
  • o Experience as SAP Successfactors implementation consultant
  • o Experience with integrations is a plus
  • o First experience as project manager is a plus
• - Application Knowledge
  • o MUST HAVE:
  • - Experience with HR planning tools (e.g. Planpoint, …)
  • - Experience with Learning Management Systems is a must (e.g. Xaurum, …)
  • - Experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• - Experience across the application lifecycle: requirements/functional analysis, configuration, testing and RUN/support
• - Min 5+ years relevant ICT experience, including HR/HRIS applications
• o NICE TO HAVE
• - Experience with all other SAP SuccessFactors modules, ideally Compensation Module and SAP SuccessFactors Learning Module
• - Experience with Payroll integration (Attentia)
• - Experience with IAM integration (Sailpoint)
