Our Client in Limburg, Belgium, seeks a Product Manager to translate customer needs and market insight into clear product requirements for engineering and cross-functional teams. You will bring structure to a cross-functional environment and shape how the product function develops as the business grows.

The role is on-site in Limburg (minimum four days per week) with relocation assistance available and there is a clear path toward more senior product leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in Product Management or related technical/commercial discipline.
• Alternatively, experience in Applications Engineering, Technical Sales, Product Marketing, Systems Engineering, R&D or Solution Engineering.
• Experience coordinating stakeholders across functions.
• Experience translating customer and market requirements into product requirements.

Responsabilités

• Translate customer needs, market insight and product vision into clear product requirements
• Work closely with engineering to ensure requirements can be successfully executed
• Collaborate with colleagues across sales, marketing, engineering, manufacturing and finance
• Coordinate stakeholders with different priorities throughout the product development processBring structure to a genuinely cross-functional environment
• Support the development of a more structured approach to defining and shaping products
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the product function as the business grows.
