Bleckmann is seeking an AI Product Owner to bridge business needs with technology opportunities and deliver AI-powered solutions across the organization. You will own the AI vision, roadmap and backlog, working with stakeholders, Data & AI specialists, and developing teams to drive measurable value.

You will stay up to date with AI advances, translate requirements into concrete user stories, and guide delivery through agile ceremonies in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager.
• Strong interest in AI, data and digital innovation.
• Familiar with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear requirements.

Responsabilités

• Define vision, strategy and roadmap for AI products.
• Prioritize AI backlog based on value and feasibility.
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with data scientists, AI engineers and developers.
• Support Agile ceremonies and ensure delivery meets expectations.
• Monitor adoption and impact of AI solutions.
