Asenium Consulting in Brussels seeks a Product Owner / Product Manager with 6 years of experience to lead an AI project focused on an AI assistant and agent platform.

You will shape the roadmap, maximize value, adoption, and performance while working in a hybrid setup (50% on-site, 50% remote) for a 16-month engagement starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering products using Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Understanding of RAG, knowledge retrieval, and multi-agent orchestration.
• Experience in prompt engineering and conversational design.

Responsabilités

• Define and prioritize the product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Develop AI capabilities, use cases, contextual agents, and agent ecosystems.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, priorities, and scope.
• Validate sprint deliverables and ensure product quality.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT, Data & AI, Risk, Legal, and Compliance.
• Monitor adoption, user satisfaction, productivity, and value realization KPIs.
• Lead Agile planning, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI, data protection, and regulatory requirements.

We are looking for an Product Owner / Product Manager (6 years of experience) to work on a 16-month AI project in Brussels. You will shape the product roadmap and maximize the value, adoption, and performance of a secure AI assistant and agent platform. The role is hybrid, with 50% on-site work and 50% homeworking. The start date is as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Develop AI capabilities, use cases, contextual agents, and agent ecosystems.
• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, priorities, and scope.
