Esko-Graphics BV is seeking a Product Manager for AI Services to own the lifecycle of a shared foundation of AI capabilities used across internal teams. You will coordinate with product, engineering and commercial stakeholders to define clear, testable requirements and maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with AI transformation goals.

You will track adoption, influence product strategy, and drive change across multiple regions including Prague, Ghent and remote locations.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in software product management, preferably owning a platform or shared services.
• Degree in CS or related discipline at undergraduate or master level.
• Native or fluent English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Own and prioritize the AI Services backlog and roadmap.
• Gather needs from cross‑functional teams and translate into clear requirements for AI engineering.
• Bridge between AI and other teams to ensure successful delivery of AI capabilities.
• Define adoption metrics and continuously re-prioritize based on outcomes and risks.
• Communicate roadmap and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and leadership.
