Esko, a Veralto Company, is seeking a Product Manager for AI Services to own the lifecycle of a shared foundation of AI capabilities used across internal teams. You will coach cross-functional teams, translate needs into clear requirements, and maintain a prioritized backlog and roadmap aligned with AI transformation goals.

You will monitor adoption, guide acceptance testing, manage change requests, and drive production usage while ensuring backwards compatibility and ongoing capability growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software Product Management
• Degree in CS or related discipline
• Fluent in English
• Experience launching AI-powered capabilities in production
• Experience liaising in large, global organizations
• Strong PM fundamentals: backlog, roadmap, clear requirements
• Bridge between platform and product teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsabilités

• Own and prioritize the backlog for AI Services – shared AI capabilities used by multiple teams
• Turn cross-functional needs into clear, well-scoped requirements for AI engineering teams
• Bridge Esko AI with product, engineering and commercial teams for customer value
• Help teams bootstrap AI initiatives on shared capabilities
• Weigh requests against long-term strategy with trade-offs
• Define adoption and success metrics for shared capabilities
• Communicate roadmap, priorities and trade-offs across stakeholders
