Keystone Solutions is seeking a Product Journey Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site in Belgium. You will join a dynamic team focused on Life Protection solutions, working with stakeholders to drive innovative insurance products and digital go-to-market strategies.

Lead end-to-end product delivery, develop commercial storylines, and translate initiatives into tangible outcomes. English is required; Dutch or French is a strong plus in this multilingual market.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent required.
• Strong communication in English; Dutch or French a plus.
• At least 3 years in product management or related domains.
• Experience in bancassurance and/or digital environments is a plus.
• Affinity with Life Protection products is desired.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Product Journey Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on Life Protection solutions, working closely with various stakeholders to drive innovative insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, assess, and execute new business development opportunities in the Belgian Life insurance market.


• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new digital Life insurance solutions, leveraging market trends and customer insights.


• Develop commercial storylines aligned with client needs.


• Engage with the distribution network to understand partner needs.


• Create business cases for management validation.


• Take ownership of the total commercial product delivery process, translating initiatives into tangible outcomes.


• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders including Product, Finance, Legal, Risk, and Compliance.


• Embrace a digital-first mindset to develop Life Protection products.


• Explain Life Protection products clearly to stakeholders.


• Propose creative solutions to challenges in a fast-changing environment.


• Foster collaboration and invest in others to achieve common goals.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience.


• Knowledge and affinity with Life Protection products.


• At least 3 years of experience in product management or related domains.


• Experience in a bancassurance and/or digital environment is a plus.


• Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or French is a strong plus.
