Job summary

NATO HQ Brussels is seeking a contractor to lead the Procurement stream of the Business Services Transformation, coordinating enterprise initiatives and delivering harmonised procurement processes.

The role requires 8+ years in digital transformation and procurement, strong stakeholder engagement, and excellent English. On-site five days a week in Brussels; NATO SECRET clearance is required. Contract runs 2027 with possible extension.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in digital transformation, procurement domain, and large international organisations.
• Proven experience leading procurement transformation, ERP implementation and business services projects.
• Strong ability to interact with and influence senior executive stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Procurement stream of the Business Services Transformation effort.
• Plan and execute Enterprise Procurement Process Harmonisation, stakeholder engagement, and working sessions.
• Provide SME advisory on Procurement business services, ERP implementation, and cloud-enabled procurement solutions.
