Job summary

Work Life Group is supporting a multinational defence headquarters in Brussels to lead the procurement stream of a major business services transformation. The role requires deep procurement experience and a proven ability to harmonise processes across many entities.

You will manage dependencies with ERP, cloud migration, data, finance, and HR initiatives, prepare options analyses for senior decisions, and maintain risk registers and documentation. Excellent English is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years in digital transformation of business services with deep procurement experience.
• Track record leading procurement transformation and ERP programmes in large international organisations.
• Hands-on procurement process design and harmonisation.
• Solid programme and project management in complex, multi-stakeholder settings.
• Ability to work with and influence senior executives, and excellent written English.
• Nice to have: PRINCE2 or PMP, TOGAF, COBIT or ITIL, cloud platforms, international or defence experience.
