Michael Page International (Belgium) in Brussels leads end-to-end Source-to-Pay transformation projects, including Ivalua implementations, and collaborates with business services and consulting. The role requires leading workshops, configuring Ivalua solutions, coordinating Procurement, Finance and IT stakeholders, and driving data migration and testing.

We seek experts with S2P transformation experience, hands-on Ivalua or similar platform, strong stakeholder skills, and fluency in English plus

Qualifications

• Proven experience in S2P transformation and procurement digitalization projects.
• Hands-on with Ivalua or other leading S2P platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
• Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.
• Knowledge of data analysis, SQL, or systems integration.

• Analyze procurement processes, spend data, and governance frameworks to identify improvement opportunities.
• Drive data migration, data quality, testing, and solution validation activities.
• Support change management and user adoption throughout transformation programs.

The Successful Applicant

• Proven experience in Source-to-Pay transformation and procurement digitalization projects.
• Hands-on experience with Ivalua or another leading S2P platform (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, GEP etc.).
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch.
• Technical mindset with knowledge of data analysis, SQL, or business systems integration.
