• Support communication with suppliers regarding documentation and delivery coordination
• Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies with finance
• Help monitor stock levels and flag potential shortages or excess inventory
• Support coordination of inbound shipments with logistic team
• Assist in tracking inbound deliveries vs planning commitments
