Jobat in Belgium is seeking an Administrative Support - Planning & Purchasing professional to support planning, purchasing, and inventory activities within an industrial and manufacturing setting in Wavre.

You will coordinate with suppliers, process orders, maintain data, and assist logistics to ensure on-time deliveries and accurate records. This role requires attention to detail and collaboration with finance and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies and optimize stock levels.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) in the ERP system.
• Maintain planning data (items, suppliers, pricing, lead times).
• Support inventory records and planning files.
• Coordinate with suppliers on delivery dates and quantities.
• Track POs and escalate delays or discrepancies.
• Assist in resolving invoice discrepancies with finance.
• Help monitor stock levels and flag shortages or excess.
• Support inbound shipments coordination with logistics team.
• Assist tracking inbound deliveries vs planning commitments.
