INEOS is seeking a senior Belgium Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end procurement across Lillo, Geel and NOH. You will drive cost optimization, secure supply and ensure safe, reliable operations while building a compliant procurement function with strong supplier partnerships.

You will manage RFx, sourcing, and complex negotiations, working with multi-site leadership to deliver EBITDA impact and long-term value within the INEOS governance framework.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in Engineering/Business/Supply Chain.
• Professional procurement certifications (CIPS, CPSM or equivalent) preferred.
• Extensive 10+ years in procurement management within chemical/petrochemical or polymer industries.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end procurement across Belgian sites (Lillo, Geel, NOH) to optimize cost and secure supply.
• Represent procurement at site leadership forums and drive aligned strategies.
• Build a high-performing, compliant procurement organisation with strong supplier partnerships.
• Drive S2C: RFx, sourcing, contract review, and renegotiations with HSSE focus.
• Oversee P2P execution using SAP, e-catalogues (GEP) and standard processes.
