Job summary

NLMK Europe in Belgium seeks a Procurement Operational Excellence Manager to drive continuous improvement, digitalization, governance and performance management of the procurement function. You will oversee sourcing and the procurement team, aligning with business goals and delivering measurable value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Procurement is required.
• 10+ years of experience in Procurement.
• Strong English and French communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and standardize S2C and P2P across plants and categories.
• Lead procurement digital transformation, tools, and analytics.
• Define KPIs, monitor savings, supplier performance, and analytics.
• Maintain sourcing policies and ensure contracting compliance.
• Drive lean improvement, reduce cycle times, and promote best practices.
• Provide training and coach teams on new tools and processes.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations and Supply Chain.
