Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Procurement; 10+ years of procurement experience.
• Strong knowledge of S2C, P2P, supplier management and performance.
• Results-oriented with proven targets delivery; project management and LEAN experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and standardize Source-to-Contract (S2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
• Simplify procurement workflows and harmonize practices across plants and teams.
• Lead procurement digital transformation; manage SAP, e-sourcing, contract management and analytics platforms.
• Improve data quality and automation; drive efficiency and accuracy in procurement transactions.
• Define procurement KPI and reporting standards; monitor savings and supplier performance.
• Develop dashboards and conduct performance reviews; identify opportunities via data analysis.
• Maintain procurement policies, procedures and controls; ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Lead Lean Procurement and Operational Excellence initiatives; promote continuous improvement.
