Job summary

Pollet Water Group in Waregem, Belgium, seeks a seasoned Procurement Manager Excellence & Operations to professionalize the procurement engine across multiple entities. You will streamline processes, data, and governance, support the ERP migration to D365, and drive digitization and standardization of procurement practices.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and process mindset.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably D365.
Proficient in Power BI and Excel for analytics.
Fluent in Dutch and English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and implement standard procurement processes (Purchase-to-Pay).
Monitor policy governance and drive continuous improvements across entities.
Own compliance and sustainability initiatives (PPWR, EcoVadis, ISO, Code of Conduct).
Expand procurement analytics, report spend, savings and supplier performance.
Own procurement modules in D365 and drive migration from Axapta; promote digital tools adoption.
