Job summary

Pollet Water Group is seeking a Procurement Manager Excellence & Operations to professionalize procurement across a multi-entity footprint. You will own processes, data, and systems to maximize supplier performance, while guiding the ERP migration from Axapta to D365 and advancing digitization of procurement.

You will collaborate with IT and the business to promote digital tools like SharePoint and Power Automate, develop staff, and ensure adherence to sustainability and compliance standards

Qualifications

• 10+ years of procurement, supply chain, or operations experience in international multi-entity settings.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French and German are a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with ERP/BI tool experience (D365, Power BI).
• Affinity for master data and data governance is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement standard procurement processes (Purchase-to-Pay) and SOPs.
• Monitor policy governance and drive process optimization across entities.
• Own compliance and sustainability initiatives including PPWR, EcoVadis, ISO and Supplier Code of Conduct.
• Expand procurement analytics; manage savings tracker and Power BI reporting.
• Lead the D365 procurement modules and support Axapta migration with IT.
• Develop buyers and procurement staff; plan, coach, and train teams.
• Support entities with analyses, tools, and templates; ensure group-wide standards.
