BioWanze, part of Südzucker AG, seeks a Process & Investment Manager to develop, maintain and improve production processes and lead future plant investment projects.

You will optimize reliability, efficiency and sustainability, manage CAPEX budgets, monitor performance, and lead a 4-person team while coordinating with stakeholders in a fast-paced Belgian factory.

Proficiency in French and English, plus SAP experience, and a master’s degree in engineering are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or closely related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in a similar Process & Investment/plant context.
• Strong analytical mindset with initiative and problem-solving attitude.
• Experience with SAP and MS Office is advantageous; proficiency with English and French is essential.
