Mondelēz Namur process cheese plant in Belgium seeks a Senior Project Engineer to plan, design and execute environmental and capital projects across utilities and infrastructure.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and schedules, ensure regulatory compliance and implement energy-reduction and water-treatment initiatives. Fluency in French and English preferred; engineering degree required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading capital and environmental projects across industrial facilities.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Regulatory awareness and strong technical knowledge in process utilities.

Responsabilités

• Plan, design, and execute environmental and capital projects at the Namur plant.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and project cash flow.
• Ensure adherence to Mondelēz standards, safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams and drive stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor project performance, milestones and risk management.
• Support energy reduction, water treatment, and environmental permit initiatives.
