UCB is seeking a Senior Bio Process Engineer to join our Belgium Biomanufacturing Operations Center in Braine-L’Alleud. You will lead complex process improvements, optimize biomanufacturing operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, scalable manufacturing solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, Bioprocessing, or a related scientific field.
• Strong knowledge of biomanufacturing processes, process optimization, and regulated manufacturing environments.
• Significant experience in engineering and/or automation and/or operation and/or manufacturing science and technology.
• Proven project management experience, including planning, risk management, stakeholder engagement, and project execution.
• Experience troubleshooting complex technical challenges and implementing sustainable solutions.
• Fluent communication skills in English and French.

Work Arrangement

Roles are hybrid with 40% of your time spent in the office unless otherwise stated.
