A leading chocolate manufacturer in Halle, Belgium is seeking a Process Expert to join their Process Technology team. In this role, you will lead new product introductions and innovative projects, ensuring efficient and quality production. Candidates should possess a degree in Engineering and be fluent in French, Dutch, and have a good understanding of English. Exceptional analytical skills and experience with SAP are essential. The role offers flexible hours, a meal allowance, and extensive health benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a technical or operational environment.
• Strong coaching and training mindset, able to influence operators, team leads, and supervisors.
• Capable of switching easily between shopfloor detail and broader departmental perspective.

Responsabilités

• Lead NPI, PTF, and innovation projects for the site, including First Time Makes.
• Build and configure product recipes in SCADA, set standards in SAP, and update documentation.
• Conduct consumption and quality analyses and work with R&D on mismatches.
