Taleo Consulting, an international management consulting group with offices in multiple countries, is seeking a Business Analyst Investments to join its growing team.

You will work with a global network of professionals to analyze needs, define product concepts, and prioritize customer value, while supporting agile planning and delivering measurable impact. Fluency in English, Dutch and French is required, and you will engage with stakeholders across borders to drive successful initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with Process Experts, Channel Managers, Product Owners and IT architects.
• Estimate initiative value and collect requirements.
• Support Product Owner in defining concepts and OKRs.
• Contribute to business case development and backlog refinement.
• Define acceptance criteria and manage stakeholders.
• Participate in quarterly agile planning and reviews.
• Ensure feature scope is respected during development.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the realization of new initiatives and solutions, working closely with a (Cluster) Product Owner or an Initiative Owner.

• Collaborate with Process Experts, Channel Managers, Product Owners/Specialists, UX Designers, and IT Architects.
• Estimate the potential value of initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and document stakeholder needs and requirements.
• Support the (Cluster) Product Owner in defining Product Concepts and OKRs.
• Contribute to business case development and prioritize customer and user needs.
• Design and support solution delivery and value realization.
• Manage stakeholders and define acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Quarterly Agile Planning (QAP) and review meetings.
• Support backlog clarification and refinement.
• Ensure respect of Feature scope during development.
