Taleo Consulting is seeking an experienced Agile Product Owner to lead credit-related initiatives in a regulated financial services setting. You will translate business needs into clear requirements and work closely with the Scrum Master, development team, and stakeholders to deliver compliant, high-value solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in Product Ownership or Business Analysis within banking or finance, strong stakeholder management, and a solid grasp of customer journey concepts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience as Product Owner or Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Credit products and processes.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Familiarity with Customer Journey concepts and banking sector.

Responsabilités

• Drive the ideation and refinement of Credit-related initiatives and translate business needs into concrete product increments.
• Define, maintain and prioritise the Product Backlog, including features and user stories.
• Write clear requirements and measurable acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise developments based on business value, customer impact, regulatory requirements and technical constraints.
• Work closely with Business, IT, Risk, Legal and Compliance stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory and legal requirements are integrated from the early stages of product development.
• Facilitate and actively contribute to Agile ceremonies, including refinement, sprint planning and sprint reviews.
• Monitor the impact of initiatives through KPIs such as processing time, error rates and user satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and automation.
• Support the adoption of new solutions and act as a change agent within the squad.
• Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders through demos, reporting and other relevant channels.

Your role

As an Agile Product Owner, you will represent the voice of the business and the customer, working closely with the Scrum Master, development team and key stakeholders to deliver valuable and compliant solutions.

Your profile

• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Credit products and processes.
• Proven experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements for development teams.
• Comfortable participating in technical discussions and understanding technical constraints.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate and build alignment.
• Familiarity with Customer Journey concepts is a strong asset.
• Experience working in a regulated environment, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
