Dynafin is seeking a Process Analyst with payments expertise to join our team in Belgium. You will analyze, optimize, and implement payment processes, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to deliver compliant solutions.

The role focuses on SEPA, SWIFT, instant payments, PSD2 compliance, and driving process improvements with KPIs, while advancing testing and documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience as a Process Analyst or Business Analyst in payments.
• Strong knowledge of payment flows (SEPA, SWIFT, cards, or instant payments).
• Experience within banking or financial services is required.
• Solid understanding of process modelling (BPMN or similar).
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and either Dutch or French (mandatory).
