Job summary

Dynafin is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to work on Invest projects for financial clients in Belgium. You will analyze end-to-end investment journeys, elicit requirements, and write clear BRDs and FRDs that translate business and regulatory needs into testable acceptance criteria.

You will facilitate workshops with Business, Operations, Risk and IT, coordinate validation, migration and go-live activities, and apply your Invest knowledge to optimise processes across Front, Middle and Back

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on Invest project work.
• Ability to produce coherent BRDs and FRDs with business rules, acceptance criteria and traceability.
• Fluent in English; Dutch and/or French mandatory.

• Analyse end-to-end Investment journeys and processes: products, orders, execution, settlement, custody and corporate actions.
• Independently write and validate BRDs and FRDs, translating business and regulatory needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Assess regulatory and technology changes and their impacts on products, processes, data, controls and systems; contribute to business cases.
• Facilitate workshops and align Business, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Data and IT stakeholders.
• Coordinate functional validation, migration, testing and go-live preparation within the assigned scope.
• Share your Payments expertise through DynaFin knowledge sessions and initiatives

Profile

Your Profile

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst with hands-on project experience in Invest
• Experience in one or more Invest areas, such as Private Banking, Asset Management, Retail Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking
• Requirements elicitation, process mapping and workshop facilitation; ability to produce coherent BRDs and FRDs with business rules, acceptance criteria and traceability.
• Strong working command of Agile and Waterfall approaches, with the ability to select and apply practices suited to the assigned scope.
• Understanding of Private Banking, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Retail Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking; good command of one Investment area.
• Ability to analyse Front, Middle and Back Office processes and lifecycles of listed/unlisted securities, fixed income, equities and OTC/listed derivatives, including settlement, servicing and data/system dependencies.
• Ability to assess regulatory and technology developments; knowledge of MiFID II, PRIIPs, SFDR, AIFMD or UCITS, according to the engagement.
• Ability to apply approved AI tools to analysis and requirements documentation, validate outputs and comply with confidentiality and data protection rules.
• Fluent in English; good command of Dutch and/or French mandatory
