Koda Tech is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a major Bank in Belgium within the Securities Services domain. You will analyse and refine business requirements for regulatory and operational changes, collaborating with stakeholders and delivery teams in an Agile environment.

The role focuses on securities settlement, custody, asset servicing, or private banking operations, with responsibility for coordinating multiple workstreams and contributing to process improvements.

Senior Business Analyst | Securities Services | Belgium

I'm currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join a leading financial services organisation on a long-term programme of regulatory and business change initiatives within the Securities Services domain for a major Bank in Belgium.

This opportunity suits an experienced Business Analyst with a strong understanding of securities settlement, custody, asset servicing or private banking operations, combined with a track record of delivering complex IT and regulatory change.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse, document and refine business requirements for regulatory and operational change initiatives
• Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, Functional Analysts and process experts within an Agile environment
• Support initiatives driven by evolving regulations, market practices, tax requirements and industry messaging standards
• Manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across business and technology teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of securities-related processes and services

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience as a Business Analyst within Securities Services, Custody, Asset Servicing or Private Banking
• Strong understanding of securities settlement and related operational processes
• Experience delivering regulatory and business change projects within financial services
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and engage with senior stakeholders
• Fluent English plus French and/or Dutch
