Are you the Private Lending Advisor our client is looking for? In this role, you’ll design customized financing solutions and analyze risks for a diverse client base in private banking. You’ll support relationship managers and develop financing proposals that perfectly align with the client’s needs. With your analytical and solution-oriented approach, you’ll build trusting relationships and act as a bridge between parties. • You will advise clients and design customized financing solutions for clients in private banking and wealth management, such as investment-backed loans and real estate financing.
• You will support relationship managers in processing loan applications and ensure a smooth process.
• You process loan applications and assess the risks in a detailed credit memo. By conducting strategic financial analyses—including industry analysis and corporate finance—you gain insight into clients’ strengths and weaknesses to perform an accurate risk assessment.
• You will develop financing proposals that perfectly align with the client’s needs, while adhering to our credit and pricing guidelines. For complex cases, you will collaborate with internal teams such as private bankers, legal staff, and risk specialists to ensure a smooth and compliant credit process.
• You monitor risks within credit files and ensure proper follow-up. When risks increase, you develop an action plan to protect the bank’s interests.
• You build trusting relationships with clients and serve as their point of contact for loans. You stay informed about market developments, tax frameworks, and credit products relevant to our client base.
