Axis Group is seeking a driven Personal or Private Banker to actively develop and manage a portfolio of private clients in Belgium. You will be the primary contact, offering tailored solutions and staying current on financial developments.

Based in one of our Private Banking Centers, including Tienen, you will combine client visits with office and remote work while collaborating with a team of specialists to deliver wealth management strategies and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as Personal or Private Banker.
• Strong interest in investments and financial markets.
• Ability to build relationships and networking skills.
• Fluent in Dutch; knowledge of French, English or German is a plus.
• Master's degree or comparable experience.

• You will actively develop and manage your portfolio of private clients, striving for sustainable growth and the long‑term optimization of their assets
• You are the primary point of contact for your clients and provide them with personalized support
• In collaboration with your colleagues—a team of specialized professionals—you bring their projects to fruition and anticipate their unique wishes and needs
• You will develop customized long‑term wealth management strategies tailored to your clients’ goals
• You will continue to develop your skills, closely follow financial news, and stay informed about global developments
• You work in a flexible work environment, combining client visits with office and remote work
• You will be based in one of our client’s 32 Private Banking Centers—a market leader in Belgium—for this position in Tienen

Qualifications

• Has experience in the role of Personal or Private Banker
• Has a strong interest in financial matters, with a particular focus on investments and financial markets
• Works effectively as part of a team, has a talent for building relationships, and possesses excellent networking skills
• Enjoys meeting new people and adapts smoothly and professionally to different situations
• Is well‑versed in the latest technologies and digital tools
• Is fluent in Dutch; knowledge of French, English, or German is a plus
• Holds a master’s degree or can demonstrate comparable experience
