Job summary

European Tech Recruit is seeking a Principal RFIC Design Engineer – CMOS / Mixed-Signal / RF / mmWave to join a technology organisation developing advanced ICs for high-speed communications. This role is suited to Senior and Principal-level IC Design Engineers contributing from architecture and simulation through to layout, testing and silicon validation.

You should hold an MSEE with 4+ years of industry experience or an excellent PhD, with expertise in CMOS, analog, RF or mmWave IC design, and

Qualifications

• MSEE with at least four years of industry experience, or a relevant PhD.
• Proven track record with measured silicon results.
• Expertise in CMOS, analog, RF or mmWave IC design.
• Strong analytical and circuit-design skills; assess topologies.
• Good communication and collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, lay out and test analog, mixed-signal and RF circuits.
• Develop ICs using CMOS or SOI technologies.
• Analyse circuit topologies and select suitable architectures.
• Optimize parameters to meet design criteria.
• Contribute to development of communication chips and prototypes.
• Validate designs via silicon measurements and drive improvements.
