TMC is seeking an HRBP specialized in IT recruitment in Zaventem, Belgium. You will work with IT business managers and directors, focusing on recruitment and HR projects, such as mentorship and graduate programs. You’ll join an international high-tech consultancy with a people-driven culture.

Fluency in English, Dutch and French is required, and you are able to work from our Zaventem office with up to date HR practices and a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Interest in IT recruitment.
• Experience in IT recruitment is a plus but not required.
• Up to 4 years of experience.

Responsabilités

• Recruit IT profiles and manage HR related projects.
• Collaborate with IT business managers and directors.
• Contribute to mentorship, Young Graduate programs, and other HR initiatives.

What we expect from you

• You have a master's degree
• You are interested in IT recruitment
• Experience in IT recruitment is a big plus, but not necessary
• Maximum 4 years of experience
• You are interested in HR related projects like mentorship, Young Graduate program etc.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch & French - You can work from our Zaventem office
