Job summary

Ingram Micro Belgium is seeking a Presales Specialist Lenovo to drive the growth of the Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions portfolio. You will support sales teams, design solutions, and deliver demonstrations, working closely with partners and vendors across Belgium.

The role requires translating technical concepts into business value, building relationships, and maintaining Lenovo certifications while contributing to the Belgium datacenter business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in presales, systems engineering, solution architecture or similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of data center technologies such as servers and storage.

As we continue to expand our Advanced Solutions business in Belgium, we are looking for a Presales Specialist Lenovo to help drive the growth of our Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions portfolio, including servers, storage, and related datacenter technologies. This is a unique opportunity to join at the start of a new strategic partnership and play a key role in building Lenovo's presence within our partner ecosystem.

Your Role

As Presales Specialist Lenovo, you will be the technical expert supporting our sales teams and partners throughout the pre‑sales cycle. You will help partners understand, position, and design Lenovo infrastructure solutions while acting as a trusted advisor for both technical and business stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with Account Managers, Inside Sales teams, vendors, and partners to identify opportunities, provide technical guidance, and support solution development.

This is not a purely technical desk‑based role. You will regularly engage with partners and customers, participate in presentations, and help demonstrate the value of Lenovo solutions in real‑world business environments.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the technical specialist for Lenovo server and storage solutions
• Support Ingram Micro sales teams and channel partners with solution design and technical recommendations
• Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, workshops, and technical consultations
• Accompany sales colleagues to customer and partner meetings when technical expertise is required
• Build strong relationships with Lenovo and the wider partner ecosystem
• Assist partners in identifying the best infrastructure solutions for their customers
• Develop and maintain technical knowledge through Lenovo training and certifications
• Support proof‑of‑concepts, product positioning, and technical validation activities
• Contribute to the growth of Lenovo's datacenter business within Belgium
• Stay up to date with market trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technologies

What You Bring

• Relevant experience in a Presales, Systems Engineer, Solution Architect, Technical Consultant, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of datacenter technologies such as servers, storage, virtualization, or infrastructure solutions
• Experience with vendors such as Lenovo, HPE, Dell Technologies, IBM, NetApp, Cisco, or similar is considered a strong advantage
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers and partners
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Comfortable interacting with both technical and commercial stakeholders
• A proactive and relationship‑oriented mindset
• Interest in achieving and maintaining vendor certifications
• Fluent English and good command of either Dutch or French, with the ability to work in Belgium's multilingual environment
