You will register orders in Odoo, handle quotes and samples, and follow up to delivery while contributing to personal and shop targets. Fluency in Dutch and French plus strong English is expected; weekends and flexible hours apply.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years in retail sales with a track record of reaching targets.
• Secondary or higher education diploma; design training is a plus.
• Sharp listener who asks the right questions and gets to real needs.
• Assertive without being pushy; confident in what you sell and asking for the order.
• Proud of the product with a good eye for colour, material and composition.
• Structured in quotes, orders and follow‑up; Odoo is a plus.
• Dutch and French come naturally; English is strong.
• Weekends and flexible hours are part of retail.

• Propose the full picture, not a single product; create complete living spaces.
• Show the value of materials, craftsmanship, durability and service.
• Close the deal or arrange next steps with quotes, samples or home visits.
• Register orders and payments in Odoo and follow through to delivery.
• Chase website inquiries, showroom visits and event guests promptly.
• Know the collection inside out; keep the shop tidy and correctly priced.
• Own personal and shop sales targets and track results.
