Job summary

Key responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, producing technical designs, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the pre-sales cycle. Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of experience in infrastructure pre-sales, technical sales, or systems engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of SAN, DAS, SDS, and Ethernet networking concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical advisor for Dell infrastructure solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements related to performance, availability, scalability, security, and budget.
• Design end-to-end infrastructure architectures using Dell platforms.
• Produce technical designs and configurations.
• Support RFPs, RFIs, and tenders with detailed technical responses.
