Qualifications
- Doctoral degree (Educational Sciences) required at start of appointment.
- Equivalence certificate (NARIC) for non-EU diplomas.
- Strong publication record in international/national journals.
Responsibilities
- devote ~70% of time to educational research, including teacher education, professional development, and language education.
- Assist with teaching in Educational Sciences program and Master’s in Primary Education.
- Supervise doctoral students and co-supervise internships and master’s theses.
- Serve as thesis examiner within the faculty.
- Contribute to internal and external services (exams, information days, conferences).
