Siemens Smart Infrastructure in Belgium seeks a Portfolio Marketing Manager for France, Belgium and Luxembourg to lead the marketing strategy for Operational Technology Cyber Security Services. You will drive go-to-market execution, support regional launches and build ecosystem partnerships to scale innovative cyber security offerings across OT domains.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in software marketing, platform strategy or ecosystem development.
• Knowledge of OT cyber security and digital technologies is a plus.
• Experience with agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing strategic partnerships and ecosystems within technology or cyber security.
• Ability to translate technical features into customer value.
• Fluent in French, English and Dutch.
• Willingness to travel across diverse markets.

• Position the portfolio as a key enabler of smarter, more connected, and efficient operations.
• Lead marketing campaigns and ensure market readiness in collaboration with sales and operations.
• Translate customer needs into value-driven cyber security services.
• Build and activate ecosystems with strategic partners and identify joint go-to-market opportunities.
• Develop storytelling around Siemens OT Cyber Security capabilities and ecosystem success stories.
• Support sales teams with tools, content, and training.
• Collaborate with regional HQ to localize global offerings and provide input for future service development.
• Apply Lean Portfolio Management to accelerate launches and enable data-driven prioritization.
• Travel regularly across the region to support local teams and ensure strong execution.
