WW Talents in Lisbon is hiring a Customer Service Representative fluent in Polish and English to support customers via phone, email and chat for pet nutrition products.

You will document interactions in the CRM, resolve issues, and provide accurate product information while delivering empathetic service. The role offers paid onboarding, health insurance, meal allowance, and ongoing training in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish (spoken and written).
• Good command of English.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers by handling a wide variety of inquiries related to pet nutrition products. You'll deliver high-quality service through phone, email, and chat while ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy customer interaction and have a genuine interest in pets and animal wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: €1,318.33 per month
• Meal Allowance: €7 per working day

• Company accommodation provided (subject to eligibility)

Working Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• Monday to Friday
• Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 17:00

Training

• 5 working days of paid training.
