WW Talents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Advisor to join an international support team in Portugal. You will assist customers via phone, email and chat, delivering an outstanding experience while working with colleagues across borders.

Fluency in French (spoken and written) and good English, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills, are essential. The role offers relocation support, full-time hours and comprehensive onboarding in a multicultural environment.

About the Role

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: €1,240.67 per month
• Base Salary: €931.43

• Total Gross Cash Compensation: €1,040.66 per month
• Base Salary: €760.00
• Company Accommodation Benefit: €200.00

Accommodation is available for international candidates living more than 100 km from Lisbon.

Working Schedule

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).
• Two days off per week (not necessarily consecutive).
• Rotational schedule based on business needs.
