Vivaldis Interim is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Polish to serve as the primary liaison for Polish-speaking clients and business partners. You will ensure flawless order processing and top-tier service quality.

In this role you manage end-to-end customer experience, register and track orders in the ERP system, coordinate with logistics, production and sales teams to ensure on-time deliveries, and proactively resolve complaints.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish and at least one of English or Dutch required.
• Experience in customer service or similar client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with ERP/order processing systems.

Responsabilités

• Be the main contact for Polish-speaking clients via phone and email.
• Register, process, and follow up on customer orders in the ERP system.
• Coordinate with logistics, production and sales to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Proactively handle complaints and provide customer-friendly solutions.
