Louis Vuitton Services Europe in Brussels is seeking a Client Advisor who speaks Polish and German to provide best-in-class service across the German and Polish markets. You will listen to client needs and offer personalized advice with utmost professionalism.

The role involves meeting KPIs and sales targets, delivering exceptional inbound support via phone, email, and digital channels, and building lasting client relationships while representing the Maison’s high standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in Polish, German & English (verbal and written).
• Strong sales and storytelling skills.
• Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with clients.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets.
• Deliver inbound customer service via phone, email, and digital channels for German and Polish markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering personalized recommendations.
• Take ownership of customer concerns and ensure resolution while maintaining high service standards.
• Input accurate information into CRM systems and other databases, ensuring data integrity.
• Be an ambassador of Louis Vuitton, upholding professionalism in all interactions.
