Vivaldis Interim is seeking a Customer Service Representative - Polish to serve as the primary liaison for Polish-speaking clients and business partners. You will ensure flawless order processing and top-tier service quality.

In this role you manage end-to-end customer experience, register and track orders in the ERP system, coordinate with logistics, production and sales teams to ensure on-time deliveries, and proactively resolve complaints.

Qualifications

• Fluent Polish and at least one of English or Dutch required.
• Experience in customer service or similar client-facing roles.
• Familiarity with ERP/order processing systems.

Responsabilités

In this key role, you will be the primary liaison for Polish-speaking clients and business partners, ensuring flawless order processing and top-tier service quality.

As a Customer Service Representative, you manage the end-to-end customer experience and order handling:

• **Customer Contact:** You are the main point of contact for Polish-speaking clients, handling incoming queries via phone and email in a professional and helpful manner.
• **Order Processing:** You register, process, and follow up on customer orders accurately within the ERP system from entry to delivery.
• **Logistics & Planning:** You coordinate closely with the internal logistics, production, and sales teams to guarantee on-time deliveries and clear communication.
• **Problem Solving:** You handle complaints or delivery issues proactively and find suitable, customer-friendly solutions.
